Radius range starts from R3 Mtr to 12 Mtr of curved caster widely used for square and round sections. Casting section range starts from 75 mm to 250 mm of commercial and/or special steels based on customers requirements. Caster can be of multiple strands up to the 8 strads based on the production requirements
Bloom sections are particularly used for larger-sized forgings and rolled products, providing the highest purity and flawless internal quality required for final steel products like strips, flats, rounds, pipes, etc.
Metalum CONtech Pvt. Ltd. (MCPL) bloom casters cater to the steel market's requirements with larger bloom sizes, such as 250 x 250 mm and 300 x 200 mm. Our curved casters are designed for both high and low alloys, as well as stainless steel.
MCPL's infrastructure and engineering capabilities ensure the supply of narrow and wide slab casters ranging from 100-200 (T) x 300-2000 (W) mm within integrated slab casting complexes, with a production capacity of up to 3.0 MTPA.
